Mr. ******* purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with us on 11/11/2017. He contact us on 5/7/2018 to inform us that he needed a steering coupler. Mr. ******* was out side of his warranty and had placed 5400 miles on the vehicle. We told him the cost for the item with labor was $95.20.Mr. ******* did not feel he should pay for the repairs since he was still making payments on the car. He retuned the car to us on 5/22/2018. We will not be returning any down payment and the credit report will reflect accurately.

Mr. T******* purchased his car on 5/15/2019. We tried to work with Mr. T******* during his move and transfer of jobs. Mr.T******* went several payment past due and was unable to get the account back on track. The repossession will remain on his credit report.

My name is Natalie Perez and I am my ex employer of Okcarz on 1200 W. Memorial Blvd.Lakeland Florida as of today October 2 just recently I started about a month or so from today and even on my second day of employment Denver Lane was screaming at me about work as I explained to him I need more training he didn’t care one bit this man is a Absolute disgrace This man had me in tears on my second day of employment I decided to give this company a chance. I was in a uncomfortable setting with manager Denver Lane he had a question for me and I simply answered as I wasn’t properly train I’ll let him know I will do so as I was told from there on out he was so frustrated he put his hands in my face I told him that I needed to talk to him and let him and the GM Mark know that that behavior is unacceptable to me and I will not take it in their business or any other business he apologized three times and let me know it wouldn’t happen again I told Denver Lane if he still wanted me to be an employee He stated that I was a phenomenal employee that he hired me for a reason and I was on top of all the others as my work speaks for itself he told me he will never put his hands in my face like that which to me look like he wanted to hit me I decided to give the company another chance and come today October 2 he pulled me to the side and told me that I wasn’t a good fit mind you mark the GM is off so I couldn’t figure out what was going on I asked Denver Lane in front of Jinnie head of tag and title because he pulled me in her office I said May I ask why am I being fired because I have perfect attendance I am never late and I am on top on bonuses from everyone else and I only help others why am I being terminated he simply said to me that I was in the 90 day period And to pick up my stuff and go I couldn’t believe what I was hearing to me all I can think is are these people racist not only was I harassed by Denver Lane now I’m being fired because of my colored or whatever personal reasons he has against me Yes I was extremely upset yes I threw some supplies but I did that all out of anger I didn’t mean to and I sincerely apologize I will never do such a thing like this but not being told why I was being fired and just firing me because of whatever personal issues it’s just made me so upset especially after all I’ve been doing all my hard work and efforts I never been treated the way I was treated this day I am truly hurt as I was doing everything I could for the company truly love what I do and for Jinnie and Denver Lane to pull me to the side while mark the GM was off it’s just so unprofessional and this needs to be addressed because I know it will happen again Denver Lane has a temper issue and he does not know how to talk to people in a proper manner please address this issue because it will happen again and next time won’t be good because they will sue for this behavior and I could’ve sued but I decided to give this company a chance and for what because I was lied to I was told something that was not true my work speaks for itself I have 10 years plus experience and for This man treat me like this and laughed in my face when I told him Denver Lane are you firing me because of that meeting we had where you pretty much harassed me he laughed in my face and told me to pick up my stuff and go All I want it was a legitimate reason for him firing me and he couldn’t answer that because there was no legitimate reason this man has a personal issue with me and I just don’t want this to happen to another person this needs to be stopped it’s completely unacceptable behavior And ask for Mark the GM he completely failed me as a GM when I told him this man put his hand in my face like he wanted to hit me and I was frightening for my life shaking I thought he would take care of that but nothing was done there was also a witness Stephanie Bonet and you would think something would be done or at least the right thing so this tragic incident doesn’t happen again very disappointi . I am truly hurt by this the way I was treated and I want something done this needs to be addressed as of Jeannie the manager of title she also needs to be addressed as she put her hands in my face when all this was happening as they let me go I felt like she was provoking me I asked her nicely please let me grab my stuff and go she kept repeating Grab your stuff and go and I said please take your hands out of my face I am leaving she still kept following me every step of the way as I was leaving in compliance unacceptable behavior especially from a manager. Denver lane had a plan and it’s a pretty shitty one after him saying he needed me and I was a great employee it was all bs to him he wanted me out after I adressed him about his behavior he even hired someone else to replace me to start Monday then fires me midday oct 2 I just want to know why was I treated this way why?? Can someone answer this. I hope this complaint falls into the right hands a person that actually cares for peoples rights and will actually get to the bottom of this I know there are good people out there and I was to this company Please help me get out of this nightmare I have to go through and will remember for the rest of my life I beg of you please address this I don’t want anyone to experience what I experience which was a true horrific ending my contact number is 863-944-2522 May God bless you
