What in the actual fuck? This black man was handcuffed and absolutely NO DANGER OR THREAT to the officer who killed him, so why is he dead? Perhaps we have a trigger happy negro hating cop on our hands. Well justice will be served in this case because he has been charged with murder and rightfully so.
Yeah, this dude killed this man who was defenseless and claimed that he smelled PCP on him and that he was acting irate, but there was no evidence of that and also, Officer Owen had no body camera and no witness who could corroborate his story. The other officer who was present when this unlawful shooting took place offered no help and only after William had been shot 7 times, did anyone offer aid to him. But it was too late and William succumbed to his injuries.
